Collection and delivery

We tell you when the job is ready. Bring the quote reference, and a vehicle long enough for the longest part: flashings and trims come off the folder at up to 3100mm.

Say where the parts are going when you enquire, and we will tell you how they will travel and what it costs before you commit. Long parts such as flashings and cappings need more care in transit than small cut parts, so mention lengths if they are long.

Invoices are payable before collection or despatch unless we have agreed account terms with you. Check your parts when they arrive and tell us within seven days about any shortage or damage, so we can inspect it. The full terms are in the terms of sale.
