Welded and held square on the fixture table.

Brackets, frames and fabricated assemblies, welded in-house on a dedicated fixture table: laser welding, MIG and TIG.

Three processes

Laser welding, MIG and TIG, chosen for the material and the finish the job needs. Laser welding covers stainless, steel and galvanised steel from 0.5mm to 5mm, aluminium 1mm to 5mm, and brass 0.5mm to 5mm.

Cut, folded and welded in one shop

A welded assembly often starts on the router, laser, guillotine or folder before it reaches the fixture table: one shop, so the parts that make up an assembly never travel between suppliers before they are joined.
