Send a vector file or a 3D model and we will cut it: signage, models, fixtures, display pieces, one-off prototypes and short production runs. If the geometry is ambiguous we will ask rather than assume.
What the router does that the laser cannot
Our laser is fibre, metal only, and its bed is 610mm square. The router is the machine for wood, acrylic and other plastics, and for aluminium pieces too big for the laser. It leaves a clean, unburnt edge. Every internal corner carries the cutter's radius, so tell us if a sharp inside corner matters.
Engraving
The router engraves as well as cuts: surface lines to a set depth, or material removed to a depth across an area. Useful for signage, control panels and anything that has to be read after it is fitted.
