We work out the flat pattern including the bend allowance, then check it against the real limits of our machines: bed size, fold length, minimum flange, minimum hole. If something will not make cleanly we tell you before we cut it, not after.
Send whatever you have
A 3D model, a flat drawing, a dimensioned sketch, or a sample to copy. We have worked from all four. If the geometry is ambiguous we will ask rather than assume.
Batches
One-offs and prototypes are welcome, and so are repeat production runs. Quantity brings the unit price down, because the setup is spread across more parts and the nesting improves.
