A fire-rating upgrade: the hotel's walls re-clad in A2 fire-rated aluminium rainscreen.

A wall cladding fire-rating upgrade for Ogilvie Construction, with full perimeter scaffolding. The walls were re-clad in A2 fire-rated Mitsubishi Alpolic aluminium rainscreen, with Rockwool fire barriers.

The flashings and trims were cut and folded in our Irvine workshop.
